Author Biography

Jane Horn is the author/editor of numerous cookbooks and a contributor to Williams-Sonoma's Kitchen Library CD-Rom. In the California Culinary Academy cookbook series, she is the author of Baking A to Z, The Art of Eating In, Cooking A to Z and the co-author of The New Harvest. Judith Dunham is the author of Details of Frank Lloyd Wright: The California Work, The Atlantic Salmon Fly and The Art of the Trout Fly. She is also a recipient of two awards from the National Endowment for the Arts and a contributor to Williams-Sonoma's Kitchen Library CD-Rom.
