Griffith Frost is Chairman of the International Sake Institute and CEO of SakeOne in Forest Grove, Oregon, the only American-owned sake brewery in the world. SakeOne is known for its Momokawa and Moonstone sakes. John Gauntner lives in Japan and has written extensively on sake and sake connoisseurship. He is publisher of the international news-letter Sake World.
